As you lot are no doubt aware I had an interview for a job today - will find out whether I was successful on monday...still that's considerably less anxiety provoking than waiting for the interview - well that's not strictly true - trying to get there on time and de-stress from the traffic and finding somewhere to park was more anxiety provoking than the interview.
So what exactly was the job - well I'll tell you - Grade 6 Mental Health Nurse for the West Haringey Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team and the interview was at St Ann's - strange going back there after all this time, but oddly reassuring.
Now the next bit's for KJ as the rest of you lot won't have a clue....
Guess who I saw today? Yes mate that's right - Ahmed Burahee still the same as ever - so like I said oddly reassuring. And do you remember that mauritian student nurse with the strange hair (Patrick?) that looked like a rusty brillo he was there too. Tell ya mate brought back a lot of memories and not all of them bad. Remember that night out with McCoy when we ended up in the Canadian Bar round the back of Covent Garden where they called the police because someone was rude to a Japanese Tourist...or wazziface going sick claiming to have been stabbed in the foot by gypsies (when he'd really trodden on a vodka bottle). Oh dear going into old charge nurse reminiscence mode....
