Attention underlings your leader is speaking. Put down that cup of tea, turn off the television and prick up your ears (this last item is not an invitation to the Marquis de Sade). It has been brought to my attention that the most regrettable thing has happened.
It appears that the Finnish Goth Metal Band H.I.M who have a pretty boy front man have decided to call their new recording "Dark Light", the very same name as this blog in fact, whereas the name for the blog was inspired by a song by Psychophile, a seriously wicked Darkwave act from Brighton who deserve far more airplay than they get and of course as a photographer it made a great pun (a play on words for the hard of thinking). Not Finnish, not metal, no chain-smoking pretty boy front man with a paisley tattoo on his arm, thus rendering him part man part sofa - Oh no they're far way cooler - Lucy Pointycat with exceptional vocal talent, Smogo of the very blue hair and of course the Mog - a papier-mache space cat. Who needs the Finns for a good time - make mine a Transition or a Vodka Milk.
Now pay attention if you weren't listening at the back you baby bats - This blog has nothing at all in any way whatsover to do with the Finnish pseudo-goth band H.I.M. and hopefully never will. Do your ears a favour go and listen to Psychophile - you know its for your own good in the long run.
