Cultural Awareness

Tyskie. It's beer Jim but not as we know it. Due to the massive influx of Poles into the UK the supermarkets have responded by starting to stock Polish food and beverages, some acceptable to the palate (Zubrowka, Kabanos) and some not (Tyskie, instant Bigos) and so now with the entry of other countries into the EU I have looked into the crystal ball and predict that before long Tesco et al will be stocking some or all of the following:
  • Halászlé
  • Hideg meggyleves
  • škalondza
  • Veraščaka
  • Kashkaval
  • Tikvenik
and how can we forget
  • caltaboşi

If you want to know what these culinary delights are look 'em up like I had to
