More Questions

Being of an enquiring mind I've been pondering a number of vital questions the answers to which would easily quench my thirst for knowledge. So here they are, and if anyone has the answers I really would be interested.

1. Why is it that when someone states a rule to you (e.g. you can tell what a band's going to sound like by how pointy the headstocks of their guitars are) you immediately think of at least one exception (Manuskript using a Jackson being a case in point)
2. Why does Sharon den Adel (Within Temptation) use that band of eye make-up when on stage? What's that all about?
3. Why were the Royal Princes allowed to join the army if they're not going to be allowed to do any soldiering? Why not let them do something less hazardous instead if they're so precious?
4. Who ever thought that tacky tribal band tattoos were cool? Why do so many of them live around here?
