Went down to the Ruskin last night to try out the digital camera as The Faces of Sarah were playing, having got some (more) new guitarists. Well worth the trip, the band were really on good form and the difference between them and the first band on was striking (pub five-a-side versus premiership)
Anyway you want to know all about my amazing photography really, not what I thought of the bands - for the record I like The Faces of Sarah (and have done so ever since hearing Misery Turns and their cover of Baby One More Time) and would recommend them to anyone who has ears to listen with - I shot about 600 photos on digital and one roll of B+W which I'll develop later. But at first glance there are some good shots on the CF cards which just need a little tweak in photoshop, so more on this later.
For the record I'm adding the following items to the wish list (although based on past performance you lot don't seem to take too much notice of my essential requirements) Canon EF 50mm f1.4 lens and Canon EF-S 17-55 f2.8 IS USM lenses and (restated again) Little Goth Girl in Little Black Dress and muse. See what you can do this is important to me ;-)
