Big Business

Is it me or is there a bit of a trend developing round here? Only a few weeks ago some bloke in North London got a court order against his bank and sent in the bailiffs to seize goods in order to get some unfair bank charges repaid now I read today that someone else in Swindon has had a very similar thing happen as a supermarket have failed to pay them damages for contaminated fuel - for which they admitted liability back in December and were ordered to make a payment
So what exactly is going on with large companies which are clearly in the wrong trying to get out of making payments to individuals who have had to seek redress thorough the courts because the businesses are acting in unethical and morally bankrupt ways.
Somehow I think we can expect more of this as people start to tire of being pushed around.
