Abnormal Service Has Been Resumed

Things are back to normal at DarkAdaptedEye Towers - the bat has already had to have his ears smeared with lard (twice) to facilitate removal from the (now empty) jar of bombay mix, and I've had a visitation of peasants armed with flaming torches and pitchforks complaining about his depredations....and it's only Thursday.
