Coincidences

Sometimes reality really bites doesn't it. I was reading today about some rather nasty care workers who had tried to teach someone with autism to kick another service user with Down's syndrome just for the hell of it - needless to say they are facing a long spell in jail and quite rightly so. Anyway I was not really paying that much attention until I suddenly recognised one of the names - and realised that it was someone I had assessed for the place I work at and had been contacted by the social worker who was in a bit of a panic over getting a new placement, small world isn't it?
At least it's better than having once been the named nurse for someone who was later unlawfully killed whilst in police custody - oh shit that was me too!
