Just a brief update on the introductions business. Contacted referral (sorry hapless victim) numero 2. Had brief discussion where I established that this was clearly not the sort of person I would want to meet - even on a very dark night when haunting the streets of old London Town. I have no great interest in choral or classical singing and I will only travel when necessary, travel just for its own sake does not appeal - all that time spent in airports or on stations just seems so utterly pointless.
A second and perhaps more important factor is that I don't appreciate rudeness - breaking off a call by pretending that your mobile is playing up and then switching it off is totally unacceptable - if you don't want to talk just tell me I'll understand.
So how on earth does this agency make their scarily inaccurate matches - please tell me because they have always managed to be spectacularly poor, I'm guessing that they think that if you're desperate enough you'll be happy to meet anything with a pulse - clearly they are not used to dealing with freaks and miserable goths.
