Local Goth Elections

After last year's really disappointing result in the Gothlamentary elections (see http://community.livejournal.com/gothelectionsuk/) with the Perkygoths being returned to Blackhall now we have the chance to give our opinion of how they are doing. I have to say that I am also extremely disappointed with the new leader of the opposition Deathrock party who said it was all about issues and then went and had a rant about the prime perkie's choice of purple flame new rocks - I ask you!

Anyway Mister Squeaky has been swooping down and grabbing the leaflets from the hapless canvassers who have wandered up the drawbridge to Schloss Dunkles Angepaßtes Auge to spread their manifestos - tho' the little chap has been just a tiny bit too enthusiastic and we now have a nice collection of torn off fingers...

So vying for our votes this time we have Perkygoth, TradGoth, and Deathrock parties and an independent claiming to represent the United Scandinavian Melodic Goth Metal People's Front for Democracy and a New World Order (a bit suspicious this one). Anyway we'll tell you more about their different views over the next few days.
