Well it only took a few days before the rage started to build up again. This is mainly due to Royal Mail complaints - my inital moan is that out lazy bastard of a postman is not delivering the letters through the individual letterboxes but just to the whole block and leaves the bundle of post where anyone can grab it.
So after two fruitless telephone calls where there was nobody to answer the telephone down at the post office I decided to email them - their response was that it might not have been them that was responsible for the non-delivery so could I check the letter(s) affected to make sure that tit was them to blame? I pointed out in reply that as at least one letter had a miniature portrait of the Queen on it the blame seemed to be fairly and squarely with them so they'd better buck their ideas up. Needless to say I'm still waiting for a reply from them.
