Self Help

There are all sorts of self-help books available these days covering all aspects of the human condition from Crohn's disease to managing unwanted facial hair, but I've yet to find one on how to deal with pretty terminal mid-week boredom, you know the sort of thing - it's too early to look forward to the weekend coming and too late to still feel good about what you did the weekend before, there's nothing to do and you've already read all the stuff you got out of the library in preparation for another tedious Sunday afternoon. In other words I'm ever so bored and I've run out of ideas for something constructive to do.
