Reportage

My sympathy (for the next few minutes anyway) lies with the teachers who have to devote goodness alone knows how much time to writing school reports and who wish they could be simplified into something like "there are only two things wrong with young Tarquin - Everything he says and everything he does"
So I've spent a considerably frustrating day having to write a report for a s/117 meeting that's being held on Monday reporting on one of our service users from the perspective of being "The Manager" aka Jack of all trades, now in hospital you have all kinds of people who come in and out all day long - and some of them stay to do more than drink the nurses' coffee and eat all the fancy biscuits (Social Workers take note!), in residential care it's you so today I have been (in reverse order):
Consultant Psychiatrist
Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Neuropsychologist
Occupational Therapist
Clinical Nurse Specialist in Rehabilitation Studies
Ward Manager
Named Nurse
Ward Clerk
Speech and Language Therapist
and Report Writing Czar

After all that the bloody service users ate all the fancy biscuits too!
