Mister Squeaky Gets Conceptual

Having mastered painting by numbers Mister Squeaky has decided that he is going to concentrate on art for a while (until the next great idea pops into his head at least) and believes that his talent is best utilised on conceptual art. He has decided that his latest (ahem!) masterpiece should explain the entire subjective experience of the viewer of artistic endeavour (I haven't got a clue what this means either so you're not alone here) . He calls it Emperor's New Clothes and says it was inspired by Marcel Duchamps.
