Funny the way things turn out sometimes, there was an anonymous complaint made about the place I work at so had to trot off to CSCI to speak to our inspector. Turns out from hearing the way the complaint was written it was quite malicious and sent in by a disgruntled ex-employee who was deeply unhappy and had resigned when offered full-time work instead of part time (and would have been better off due to double amount of hours per week) and a free course with a guaranteed pay rise if successfully completed, but of course she knew better as she should be paid more because people with "mental problems" are dangerous and might kill her and eat her brain after frying it lightly in butter. Though how an extra 20p an hour will stop this from happening I just don't know.
Anyway back to the point the inspector said that I must apply to become the registered manager and not to worry about what Bobo the totally insane clown from the Really Scary Circus had to say. There's a turn up for the books eh?
