This shit is completely tasteless. Countless docudramas about 9/11. Why? We all know what happened. I can clearly remember sitting with the news on the TV in background and seeing the second plane crash into the WTC live, conversations slowly dying as we looked on in disbelief as the towers collapsed taking so many to their graves. I'm also sure most of us have heard the released recordings of people on those doomed flights and the last desperate moments of those who were trapped in the buildings, knowing that they were beyond any hope of rescue. Crass and insensitive at the very least.
Perhaps it's because we're in Bliar's Britain that we're getting this bad taste television - just as a reminder of the justification for the war on terror and the invasion of Iraq. Forgive me here a minute but I think I might be correct in saying that the Bliar is (in my view anyway) responsible for the death of more British Service Personnel than any prime minster since the Second World War. Time he went before we get some made for TV crap about the London Bombings (oh sorry I mean 7/7 as its now called to express solidarity with the people of New York - makes you sick doesn't it)
