Who writes the songs that sell

Is it just me or is there an increase in singing employee adverts - you know the sort of thing like a certain bank which gives you extra (charges on your account) having a clerk who breaks out into a recent pop song cunningly reworded to emphasise the bank's products....Mister Squeaky has been working furously on this - quill pen in mouth and has made this valuable contribution. Altogether now (to the tune of Barbie Girl)

"I'm a brainless girl
in a shopping world
Flash the plastic
My debt's fantastic"

Based on the evidence I dont think we're going to get a massive hit by Squeaky, Aitken and Waterman anytime soon....
