MyCrap Bulletins

We've all seen them, and hopefully we have not all propagated the blasted things. MyCrap seems to be full of people who have to post real shite to show the world just how terminally confused they are - you know the sort of thing.
"Repost immediately to show how insecure you are", "If you do not send this meaningless drivel to at least twenty-five hapless zombies you will have two days bad luck", "Keep doing this and you'll make me so angry I'll come round and beat the crap out of you" and the most common one "I'm pretending that I'm much older than my real age (13)"
I have no idea (and I have a degree in psychology so I know what I'm talking about here - for once) what motivates people to do this, my best guess is that it's a form of viral marketing or perhaps people trying desperately to make themselves out to be part of the "community" - if this is what is needed to belong then I'm glad to be on the outside looking in with a seriously puzzled look on my face.

Mister Squeaky has almost decided who to victimise next and I think he's looking at the pretentiousness of metal bands in general - especially those who describe themselves as "the next Metallica" without even 1% of the talent - yes I know that they made a career out of copying Black Sabbath riffs and speeding them up a bit - don't complain to me - take it up with the Bat himself.
