No No No! This is not a dodgy low rent alternative version of that popular (with who? that's what I want to know) French seaside comedy Monsieur Huilot's Holiday, the Bat has flown! Due to some mutterings from the Dark Adapted Legal Department after some ill advised comments from a certain Giant Rubber Goth Bat and the merest hint of a Norwegian Troll hiding in the bushes with a big stick our tireless troublemaker has decided that a holiday for "health reasons and to visit an elderly relative in the Carpathian Mountains" is long overdue.
Needless to say I am relieved that the little beast has left me with some much needed peace and quiet - all the more to worry about this damned dating business - I've still not picked up sufficient courage to phone 'em and to be honest seriously doubt that I will at present - nothing quite like a severe lack of confidence is there (or is it just ultrarealism?)
