Well what a surprise - I'm pleased to say that I was wrong - none of those really silly party games that people seem to thing is an essential part of training. So I now have a certificate (valid for one year) stating that I am able to resolve conflicts - Hooray for Me.
So please submit details of any conflicts you wish to have resolved and I will in return provide a suggestion for an easy terms payment plan before sorting out your conflicts...
