Yes Folks, I'm going off for a showdown at the Not-OK nurses Agency (Reed if you haven't being paying attention) and having to take time off work for the privilege so not in the most psoitive frame of mind to start with.
This is because I have obtained the bloody documents that they were so keen to see and I'm not prepared to send them to them in the post or scan and email them. *Straps on six gun and mosies off westwards into the sunset*
