Not very happy at all. Worrying as ever about finances - contact bank for advice, duly follow advice in hope of being able to reduce overdraft - but get knocked back. Well there's a suprise isn't there - you try to do something to improve your own situation but because they're making money out of you they just don't want to know.
And another thing how come if you owe them money they're so quick to take it but when they owe you they take their time...
