Apparently the inventor of the original thing is rather upset and has threatened legal action for infrigement of copyright....hmmm now let me think....the owner of the original copyright is in my view guilty of far worse than copyright infringement, and the thing she's guilty of...breaching the European Convention on Human Rights and in particular Article 3
"No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."
