There's always one in the class who has to ask either an extremely convoluted question about something you did an hour ago or a completely irrelevant question just as you're about to go for a break. Why they do it is anyone's guess but I have my suspicions that there is a strong correlation between grossly stupid questions and feeling that you have to say something or you'll be considered an intellectual lightweight.
So from today's really exciting RMA course (how to fill in NVQ paperwork to the standard required by edexcel) comes the following - "If I complete the course will there be a graduation where we can wear a cap and gown?" Of course the required answer from the tutor "No, but if you ask another terminally stupid question I'll strangle you slowly with a loop from your small intestine" was not immediately forthcoming
