I've been trying to understand the complexities of the RMA (NVQ thingie) this evening and have now been driven to total and utter despair - basically because it doesn't have any logic to it at all and the "skill sets" (what you have to know and be able to do) are written in such a way that you start to lose interest halfway through the second sentence.
Mind you this might be due to going off to the doctors earlier and being given a whole load of pills to take for high blood pressure, remind me to fill in a yellow form for the CSM to report total loss of interest in badly written documents from Edexcel as a potential side effect.
