Started the NVQ today, what a surprise, two hours spent on how to put things in numerical order in plastic sleeves. I thought it was supposed to be about how to manage a care home, not basic filing for imbeciles (although I'm being extremely hard on imbeciles here - they'd have picked up the concept much faster than the tutor would give us credit for).
And a word about the tutor - of a certain age, clearly from Royston Vasey (looks like Pauline's sister but with teeth stolen from one of Ken Dodd's Diddymen) and too enthusiastic for her own good.
Can't wait until next month's tutorial where we learn how to use coloured dividers and learn what's so very special about lever arch files...clearly we're on the advanced course.
