Torchwood

At last, something a bit above the average on BBC2/BBC3, but I'm not 100% convinced yet. I like the idea, I like the characters but there's something missing. The trouble is that I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps we need a more sinister undercurrent running through the show - something like the conspiracy theories that were the backbone of the X-files. Still I'm not complaining -I just want some quality entertainment that is going to last.
