Went out early in search of inspiration camera loaded with Pan F but just could not find a bloody thing - in unsettled mood since friday afternoon - suspect that this is some kind of stress reaction, will probably feel better just in time for work tomorrow c'est la vie!
Still not made contact with the woman from the agency - as earlier stated doubt I'll bother. This way at least I have control over why it goes horribly wrong (as these things invariably do) and there is no anxious build-up to those feelings of deep loneliness and misery that automatically follow rejection - cut out the middle bit and just go directly to feeling lonely.
Had bizarre message from the Squeaky One - apparently some difficulty at border checkpoint to do with rabies vaccinations - whether this was for or against was not entirely clear, we shall just have to see when he returns with a straw donkey and a bottle of some nasty spirit made from turnips
