Tried new tactic with photos. Publish to the "interweb" and then email band with link. Did this with Appropriate Agent who seem quite pleased with the results. After all, at the end of the day it's whether the band like the photos or not that counts.
So currently sitting on pink fluffy cloud being smug. Just a shame I haven't got anyone around to be really smug at. Perhaps I should give Dawniepoos a call and annoy her further as I haven't spoken to her for over a month - got the impression she wasn't that impressed after a slurred drunken conversation after 9xDead gig, but hey haven't we all done that at least once in our lives ;-)
