Shouty Angry People

Oh dearie me, just returned from Camden having been to see Deceit who were as good as anticipted - nice to hear them properly with a decent sound engineer for a change and good support too. Anyway I'm not too sure about the other bands, apart from the minor detail that I have absolutely no recollection of what they were called with the exception of "The Blissets" who I have decided should really be called "The Biscuits" for reasons which will become apparent later.
Shouty angryness certainly has a part in music, especially when it has a certain amount of humour in it, however when it becomes too earnest and pseudo-political it's time to break out the ear plugs. Now this mob, and I have chosen the word carefully, describe themselves as, and I quote, "Punk Metal from Watford" so plenty of reasons to be a little on the irritable side then.
Anyway their first ditty appeared to be about Shouting in Sainsbury's, although I know not why - this was not adequately explained in the song. Their music went steadily downhill from this point until it reached the new all-time low of "Blissets in da house" (I only know the title 'cos I've had a peek at their website) where the lyrics were quite clearly heard by myself as "Biscuits in the House", presumably this is why they were shouting in Sainsbury's as they'd run out of bourbons or malted milk biscuits and were unhappy when they went off to have a nice cup of tea and a biscuit. More worrying is that they cite The Levellers and Back to the Planet as influences - and I have quite a good opinion of them....
Still it's got to be better than Mister Jangles (crap magician) and his "complete party solutions"
