Went on essential "5 in 1" training day yesterday, thus no time to blog when got home. I felt more tired than if I'd actually been doing something. After all two hours of a man who sounded like the late, great John Peel droning on about manual handling is a little more than most people can take. The message that took this time to deliver was "Don't lift things without the proper equipment"
Even more excitement followed with the "Here's a video, now you know everything about fire safety/health and safety and infection control" This was then topped off with a CPR refresher. So now I'm safe to practice these dark arts on an unsuspecting public....
Finally, have received an acknowledgement of the CRB complaint - they claim to respond to this within 10 days - we shall see.
