Permanently angry with everything and everybody and (until now) nowhere to air my grievances. Today van drivers who don't bother to look, the woman who reversed out of a driveway in front of me and didn't stop and the useless criminal records bureau "90% of our applications are dealt with in 4 weeks...except yours of course and that's holding you up in getting work but we've all got jobs so that's OK"
